We use the keys that are already on your truck to raise ours. Unless I missed something new ones (from Ford) won't raise your truck any. After market would be the only place to look for keys that are indexed differently to raise your truck, unless Ford has different keys for different suspension packages like GM (1500, 1500HD, purple, green, etc...)
