Windshield wiper piece bent

Ok i changed my wipers today.  Well you know where the washer fluid comes out of.  There is a black metal piece which covers this well i was looking at it and i pulled it back.  Bent the piece of metal.  Now it wont go back all the way to hold it down.  I have some electrical tape around it as of right now

 

Anyone know how to fix this?
