Superchips for an 8.1? Cold Air? Help ME!

I was wondering if a superchips is any better than the Hypertech b/c with the hypertech, there is no diffrence, for one, why i like the superchips is b/c of the tire size changing. Also, what about the Volant Cold Air Intake, is it worth while, and how hard installing it?

I would skip on the programs and go with a mail order tune like Nelson or Westers you will be much happier with it. I haven't used a Volant, I can't help you there I used a K/N on mine I dropped 2 tenths but it tends to draw water through it when it rains.

I just out my PCM For Less tune in last night and got it going this morning. It is great. My truck is the 8.1 4x4 dually and it will now smoke those 4 rear tires with no problem (had to try it once). Passing on the highway from 50-80 mph is unbelievable compared to the stock tune. Bryan Herter was great to work with to get me what I wanted and needed and he was available with answers through installation. I feel my tune was money well spent.
