Coolant hoses

Sorry if this topic has been covered before, but I didn't see it anywhere.

I want to replace all of the coolant hoses as prentative maintance (They never burst in the driveway) on my 1999 Sierra 5.3L. So far, I have found: upper and lower radiator hoses, two heater hoses (one that is part of a Y into the water pump,) the other Y hose to the coolant tank, and a small shaped hose from the tank to the radiator.

Have I missed anything? Also, as best as I can tell, one heater hose is the only cut-to-length standard hose. Everything else looks custom bent, and what is with the Y connection? It looks like a molded in part and not a clamp-on fitting with the hoses.

I'm new to late model GM, so I probably sound like an idiot...

Thanks in advance.
