nightowl Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 Has anyone put a Quick-flow power spacer from Crane Cams on their stock 5.3? Was wondering if it made any differance in fuel economy?
facn8me Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 Not alot of people run them. Not alot of gain. I don't believe you'll lose any performance, but gains would be minimal. Not worth the money in my opinion. I have used them in conjunction with headers, chip, cam and air intake with good results. Better if used in conjunction with other modifications.
Jasonsupafly Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 David Stacey on the tv show TRUCKS says their awesome and that they really do work and are worth the money..Just what he says....
Mark_in_Tulsa Posted April 3, 2005 Posted April 3, 2005 I think most people here think they are used to their fullest abilities when they are used as paper weights. I really don't know how something that tumbles the air, by restricting the air flow, would add HP to a fuel injected motor. But then again I am not an expert

But they didn't give me any money, so I'll tell you the truth. They are complete crap.
