Nope, since the front is not a solid axle, it is independent front suspension.  No solid axle, no differential "pumpkin", therfore no diff cover.

When should the differential fluids be changed?  should they?

Ryan, I have a little over 20,000 miles on mine and I plan on changing it soon.  If I remember right, I think I seen where it calls to change it at 60,000 miles.  I'm not possitive on that though.
