Removing plug from mass air sensor

Is there any trick to removing  plug on mass air sensor? I am installing a FIPK and need to unplug the mass air sensor. Does it just pull off, (I have pulled fairly hard) I didn't want to horse it and break it if a catch is involved. Thanks, Jeff

nope  it just pulls off when you push up on the tab..   make sure you don't start the truck with it off though or you'll be on your way to the dealer.
