It's a Performance Accessories body lift, kit #183.  Very complete kit, comes with everything you need...minus the installer and tools.  I am really happy with the look of my truck, I'll post better pics once the weather clears up.

Truck looks Sweet! What kind of tires did you go with? Is that about the biggest you could fit on there? What size rims? Cool lookin' truck. :)

Roofer, the tires are 285 BFG AT, I ran them this summer b4 the lift. The rims are 16x8 ARE Baja's.  It looks as if 315's will fit, and my tire guy thinks so too, I'll probably try in the spring if not I know 295's with definetly fit.

are you sure you can get a 315 (35") tire on there?  That would seem like a bit of a stretch, or should I say rub.  I would go w/ a 33", I don' think you'd have any problems w/ rubbing and they'll fit on 16x8s

Chevy4x4, I am currently running a 285 which is 32.8" tall, basically a 33", and you are correct they do not rub, and I know a 295(33.6") will fit w/o a problem, but I am going to try a 315 in the spring to see.(if not for nothing than my own personal knowledge)
