Black02Silverado Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 Just was wondering. How many have forgotten that they had a cabin air filter? Anyone go as far as to forget about it untill there was a significant decrease in air flow out the vents? Just wondering.
DEV1ST8R Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 I've changed mine once. . .those things are tricky to find the first time! I will say, it was nice to have that clean filter smell after I replaced them.

Too many people complaining about low airflow through the air vents.
asilverblazer Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 Exactly why I took mine off and never replaced it.
macifre Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 Black02Silverado: I did! Forgot all about it! And to think I was suffering with really low airflow! I just finished changing the PCV valve and taking out the filters, they were packed with dust! I am thinking about just not replacing them for the moment until the summer(hot weather, its actually winter here) ends. Thanks for the remainder, I live more pleasantly 5F cooler!
