Where do you work on your GM Truck?

OK, actually I work on the truck in the driveway most of the time, since the Corvette lives inside with the wife's car...but I spend alot of time there so I thought I'd post a picture anyway....

Stackable Craftsman toolbox, air compressor, cabinets, shelves, hot rod stickers, old license plates, and car stuff...I love it!!

Let's see some garage pictures...or at least read some descriptions...

About the only thing that gets worked on inmy garage is my brother's Polaris,which he does quite often.

It's just one of those things where he has lifted it and he's running 27x12 12's all around and it's basically a swamp runner so things are bound to break early and often but he definitely keeps the garage busy.

As for a picture of my garage,you don't want to see one.

Picture trail is a lot like Geocities in the fact that it won't hons pictures for you on other sites.It would do the same for you on any board you tried to post them on so I just converted your image attempt to a hyperlink.

I apologize, these pictures don't exactly show what I want the best, but they will have to do.  As you can see they were taken for different purposes.

This is a pic of the outside of our shed, a 100x50 Morton building.  Right inside those doors is a nice concrete slad that we poured a few years back as a workplace/basketball court.  Now it is just a work floor.

This pic is of the inside directed towards where all our tools are kept.  All mine are in a nice rolling Waterloo toolbox, while dads are in about eight different carry boxes.  All our shared tools are in this area also, welder (my Christmas present this year ), grease guns and oil tools, battery charger, air compressor, tons of specialized tools for some of our farm equipment.  Sorry you can't really see all the stuff, but it is the best I have at the moment.  One thing this building needs is better lighting, at the moment we use two big halagon lights if we need additional light that we can't get from the bulbs or the doors.

This is the best pic I have of the garage.  I work on my truck in the driveway.  I just moved and got a bigger garage now.  Deeper and wider.  I love it.  Once we have the garage sale my truck will fit in there with my car.

Bill89, couldn't get to your picture from the link for some reason....

LT, do you mean you work like for your living or you work on stuff in your garage?  I restored my '74 Corvette in that two car garage, with the exception of paint which I farmed out, so the garage has seen plenty of work, just no income producing work...if I could just figure out how to do that :-)

I work on my stuff about anywhere I need to.  Including in front of the parts store!  Our Garage at home is tiny, so I go to our farm more often...

No, I don't work--work out of my garage. We have a 5 stall garage so I have a large area to "ding" around in. Working on cars is my hobbie and my way of relaxing. Many years ago (1965) I graduated from Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis with a degree in auto mechanics. I've played with street rods (T's), and several corvettes over the years. I presently have a  C-4 that is nearly a daily driver (depends on the rain). I'll restore it and sell it in a year or so.

Cool...I thought maybe you were implying that my garage was too clean to work in, I just wanted to make sure you guys knew I really work in there.  I finally had a day where the darn thing was clean and thought I'd better get a picture.  I've already cluttered it up again with a 40 gallon gas tank and associated junk to install in my Suburban...

There sure are alot of Corvette guys on the Forum....
