Headers for 6.0 liter

I was thinking about getting some headers for my 2500HD. I want a complete bolt-on system. Since there's no (bolt-on) Dynatech system for the 2500HD, and the TOG headers are on a huge backorder, does anybody have any suggestions on other brands (bassani,JBA,..etc)?

Surely somebody out there has headers on their 6.0 liter. More specifically bassani, TOG, B&B,...etc. (Not JBA, Gibson,edelbrock,hedman shortys).

SuperMAXX, Arizona Speed and Marine, SLP. Those are about the only ones left. I think Hedmann may have came out for some. But I am not 100% sure.
