Cooling system hose replacement ?'s

Okay, you guys convinced me to stay with dex cool and to change my hoses and thermostat now that my truck is at the 5 year point. Where is the best place to buy these items online? Also, Should I use the factory clamps, or get some worm drive type?

 

Looking at the lower radiator hose, it looks like it joins in a y fitting with the heater hose-with no visible clamps. Is that T-Fitting part of the hose assemby when you purchase it?
