Clunking inside of truck

Ok removed back seat put some foam in places i thought it was squeaking/ making a thud noise from

 

Well its still there.  Seems like it is coming from the ext cab window possibly.  Anyone have this problem

 

Also could it be the nerf bars? Would they transmit a noise into the rear of the cab?  Never did this when new.  What should i look for?

just noticed a squeaking sound in my truck the other day.  I think that it may have always been there I just never noticed it, I'm going to check to see if it's the seat, but I hear it coming from the back passenger side.

If its the window, take it to the dealer.

Even if its not, take it to them.  They should be able to fix it. (yea right, LOL)
