Diagnose my fuel delivery issue...

Seems the old 92 is having a little hessitation coming off the line. I have the K code 5.7 and sometimes after sitting at the red light, there is a flat spot in my accelerator pedal and there really isn't an pep in the truck. Now if I stomp down, she runs right along, but at this day and age, the fuel gage responds accordingly. Just looking for a little insight or thoughts on what to look to first. I just put in a new fuel filter and the air filter is nice and tidy.

That was one of my thoughts, as well as the EGR may need replacing. The old buggy finally threw a code, but I was on my way to drop it off at the axle shop for the accident repairs (unrelated post hessitation concerns)...

 

Hope to have her back today, then I can pull the info and see what's up.
