Is anybody out there using the Purolator Pure One Oil Filters. I have heard and read good things about these but I can't seem to find them for any less than $12.99 each. I would like to give them a try and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place where you could get them at a reasonable cost. Those of you who are using or had any experience with them I would appreciate any feedback that you may have. Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

That is expensive for a Pure One. I thought they were more on the lines of $6. I think Pep Boys had them for that. Other wise for that price you can get a K&N or Mobil 1 oil filter.

The Pure One is a good filter along with Wix, AC, Napa and Car Quest house brands, which are made by Wix.

I just bought a Pure One for my 05 Tahoe at Pep Boys for $5.99. I've been using them for years for all my cars, and even my tractor, and I'm very happy with them!
