"Antonio Davis suspended for five games for entering stands to "protect" his wife" Maybe his loud mouth wife should sit the f down and shut the f up. Fans are allowed to boo, fans are allowed to express their displeasure, GET OVER IT. Pull out your check book and look at your account balance and be glad your husband is talented enough to give you all the bling bling. What Antonio Davis should have done is run up there to put a muzzle on her and try to save himself the now pending civil lawsuits because of her actions!! She is the one who assulted the fan, the fan didn't even fight back. I love it. Davis isn't that bad of a ball player, too bad he has to suffer for it.

According to the sports page, the fan was beligerant to her as well as intoxicated. I think if someone was yelling to my wife I'd have something to say about it.

I may have been harsh... I have now read conflicting reports... he was drunk... he wasn't drunk. Other than that who cars what he thinks or says. I had the unique experience of being at a Green Bay Packers game as a Bears fan... Beligerant doesn't begin to explain how the fans were to the Bears and Bear fans. Such is life

Well either way. I don't blame Davis for being worried about his wife's well being. But I do believe NBA security is partially to blame here. I also don't think Davis's wife handled things right either. But either way Antonio didn't know and tried to take care of his wife.
