Herculiner

Had a Herculiner in my '93. It held up pretty well for about 2 years, then started to fade and more or less "wash" (for lack of a better word) off. I've seen some that look good, and I'm not saying I did the absolute best job applying it....but I don't think it's good for longevity. If you're looking for an inexpensive option, then I think it's fine.

FYI, it is a messy pain in the butt to use, be careful and don't get it on you.

a friend of mine put in his truck and he hated it from day one...it chipped very easy and faded faster than any other liner i have seen...it was also alot rougher than others

I herculined the entire inside of the tub in my wrangler. It looked great and was very durable. It is all in the prep work, I sanded it down with medium grit sandpaper, blew it out, then washed it with Xylene. Let it dry overnight and start applying it the next morning. Keep the herculiner stirred and use it all. It was a great 3 day weekend project, I spent the rest of the week geting the black spots off my skin. I recommend a a set of rubber gloves and long sleeves. All in all it was less than $100 with all the supplies.
