Fine swirls in paint

My truck is black and the prior owner screwed up the paint on the hood. It has fine swirls which are noticeable after washing, especially if it is sunny. I have tried stuff like the Turtle wax in a bottle, it dosent help. I remember someone here had a lot of knowledge on Zaino stuff and I would really like to detail my truck for Spring and get rid of those swirls. Anyone have a product suggestion?

It is the Z-5.

I use all of the Zaino products on my truck.

I think it is some of the best polishes that I have seen on the market.

 

I just wish the weather would clear up for at least one weekend, so I can get my truck cleaned up. She is in some dire need of a good cleaning.

If somebody knows what they are doing with a buffer then they can get the swirls out. If they don't know what they are doing then they can cause swirls to develop. A good detail shop or body shop will have people that know how to buff that stuff out.
