Determining Engine Literage

I have a 2001 C1500 2WD that I got from my brother a couple of months back, but I can't find anything that tells me what liter rate (technical term?) it is. Is there any way of determining this?

It's going to be a 4.3 (V6), 4.8 (V8), or a 5.3 (V8).

I didn't know the 4.3 was a V6. I know I have a V8, but I didn't know the literage. Anyways, I was just checking my fluid levels and finally stopped being lazy and read some of the stickers in there . It's a 5.3L.
