Truck/4x4 combo?

hello, ok, this is probably a stupid question but im new so bare with me lol, i have an 84 Sierra 1500, and i was wondering if it was possible to combine the parts from an 88 blazer and the Truck to make my truck 4x4, or couldi do a body switch or is there anything i could do to combine the two so my truck is 4x4. Another thing could i use the tranny out of the blazer for my truck or is ther any parts in general i could take from one to the other? any help would be awesome thank you.

Well unless your truck has a 4x4 frame you cannot convert it.

yea but cant i take the body of the truck chasis n put it over top of the blazer frame?

If so, it'll probably take a regular cab short bed body, don't know for sure.

hmm well its a normal cab normal boxx, i hope its a fullside blazer, so i can do this, thanks for the input, anything else would be cool. thanks a bunch
