new here, my 05 gmc

well here she is, 05 GMC Seirra ext cab, Work truck. Rubber floors crank windows, nothing special. i go in the dirt to much for carpet, and elec. windows just break after time, plus it was all much cheaper. only things i dont like are the center seat dosnt fold down to a console and no cruise control. I have some plans for it, but never owned a GM so i have no idea where to get stuff for it, hopefully you guys/gals can help me out with that. One one nice thing about my truck that i dont think many have is i got the alum block 5.3L. guy at the dealer said its somewhat rare. extra 15 hp so the books say. well let my know what you think. looking foward to getting exhaust and doing a little torsion key lift to it and some bigger tires real soon..

Once you level her out and get some tires and wheels it will look great. I have an 02 Silverado and installed dual exhausts and a 3"body lift. I still need to address the wheels and tires.

Yes, new wheels and tires will transform the way it looks. Smart move paying only for what you needed, more money left for wheels and tires! You did spend money on one good area though, the engine! If anything ever happens to my 4.8, I know what engine I am going with....

Yea, those are sharp lookin'. Wheels, tires, and an SLE lookin' grille I think would be in order. IMO the flat colored W/T grills arnt' that appealing.
