SAS v. IFS flex

Here is my 2500 flexing w/ IFS and second is a buddies 2500 w/ SFA REALLY flexing. We have same bumpers.

Getting it awn.

WOW! That is a ton a of flex in suspension. Did anyone notice on the 3rd pic down how much the body was flexing as well, look at the chrome door molding, I can't imagine that it is good for the structural integrity of the body but all the same it is still pretty cool

the rear is a homebrew bumper. the front is by Trailready. As for the last comment, the flex is not the body per se, but rather the bed moving independently from the cab-- as it should.

Which is the frame flexing. I imagine on a 1/2 ton that flex would be more notice able due to the lighter duty frame.

LMAO! Thats true! my old school chevy would literally fold like a taco when i got it crossed up in the gully. Or better, twist up like licorce. Then the clutch linkage would pop out... and the story goes on...

BTW, the lifted GMC (argh!) junked the OEM t-case for an Atlas II w/ 5:1 and the front is an ARB locked Dana 60.
