2000 Sierra rear brake prob/question

OK I have searched the forums for topics on this but none have really helped me out. I have a 2000 Sierra Z71 with rear disc brakes. I am attempting to replace them myself but am not having any luck removing the calipers. I have 4 bolts, 2 12mm and 2 18mm. I am assuming to remove the caliper itself I have to remove just the 12mm's. However when I try to back them out all they do is spin and not come out. I cannot slide them out and I have rotated them many times to where they should have backed out. Now I am also assuming these bolts are what the calipers slide on. I attempted to remove the 18mm bolts but I could not break them.

Some people have mentioned torx bits needed but I see none on the rear. HELP!
