Help on Interior color for 2002 Z71 Hoe

I have a 2002 Z71 Tahoe with the light tan leather seats and a two tone tan/beige dash.

 

The dash got scratched and needs touch-up. I can get all the GM 2002 inerior paint codes at the local automotive paint supply store but I can't find out what the interior color is called.

 

On the stock window sticker it should call out the interior color code. For example it should say Medium Dark nuetral/Pewter or something like that.

 

Does anyone still have there window sticker from 2002 with the tan and beige interior?

Interior color codes are also on your glove box sticker also. This is probably closer than the color name.

Interior color is not called out on the Glove box tag.

 

I actaully was able to answer my own question. The color is Medium Nuetral 2 W-195-A for the upper dash and Light Shale W149B for the lower dash. I work for an automotive supplier to GM and we have interior trim color plaque masters in our color lab.

 

These are the color callouts for the GMT800 in 2002.

 

For anyone who is interested for future reference:

 

All GMT800 available interior colors are as follows:

 

Medium Dark Nuetral W110D (actually more of a medium grey)

Medium Nuetral 2 W195A (Medium tan)

Very Dark Pewter W642H (Dark Grey)

Light Shale W149B (Almost a light cream color)

Ebony W167A (Nearly black, mostly used on steering wheel and Driver Airbag cover)

 

To get touch-up paint ,a company called SEM makes cross reference spray paint for interior vinyl (this paint is used for interiors due to being flat). Then spray into the cap and use a small brush for touch up. You can buy it at most automotive paint stores.
