Keyless added to WT

Well with some horse trading for a passenger side window switch from an 05 that had keyless and was crashed. Then got a keyfob from the dealer that I got the truck from. Not sure where it came from, but it was brand new. THANKS ALOT!!

I finally got the door panel off. Hidden screws on bottom and behind lock button kinda stumped me. Put in new switch and finnally got the prgram to take. I got kinda excited and didn't think it was going to work, but after looking on here and seeing that some of you said hold the buttons down for as long as it takes. The locks finally cycled. AWESOME It works perfectly. Thanks to everyone on here for all the input. I love this site. Now I have a WT with p/w,p/l,cruise,tilt,am/fm/cd,4x4,custom cloth seat.

Next is the DIC steering control mode. YEA YEA!!

By the way if you want to purchase this switch from the dealer I was quoted 115.00 for it. Then the keyfob was 24.00 This is still a bargain to have O.E.M. keyless IMO.

Hi, sounds interesting. I have a base truck, cloth seats manual windows and manual locks. Did I understand right that you did or did not already have Power Locks? I want to follow what you did, as I thought with Manual locks you woud have to put some kind of extra lever in the lock/unlock system?
