Well I figure I should do this before I get too far along. I just got out of an 05 chevy colorado (reg cab z71 4x4) into my baby, an 06 Silverado Ext Cab Z71. When I bought the colorado I thought it had plenty of power, then I tried to keep up with my brothers mustang. Well, after that I felt about 1" tall and decided I wanted more room.

 

All I can say is WOW! I love this truck. It's got lots of room, more than double the towing capacity, and POWER bwahahaha

Awesome! I traded in my 04 Colorado Crew Z71 4X4 for an 06 Silverado Extended Cab Z71 also. I agree with you 100%. More room and more power is very nice.

Plus I have a hangup on the V8. Nothing even compares to the sound you get from them.
