Antilock brake pump runs constantly

My 2000 S-10 ZR2 has an anti-lock brake pump that runs all the time. Even when key is off. I removed the 60 amp fuse so battery would not run down and also tried disconnecting battery to clear the module. Anyone know what is wrong? Or how to fix. I have heard of this same problem on full size GMtrucks also.

You need to replace the EBCM. $$$

Thanks for the info. I looked at the web site you listed. Seems kinda high priced for what they do, but maybe thats the way I'll need to go. I work at an electronics plant that builds a similiar abs module for ford. If I new which part on the circuit board is faulty I could pratically fix it for nothing probably.
