I get a mozzerella chicken sandwich.  Get home there is no mozzerella cheese

WTF??

Thats the whole reason i got the darn thing.

this has now ruined my day

Fast Food service Sucks! :angry:

The thing that probably pisses me off most about them (fast food in general), is the commercials.

I mean, How many of you have gotten a thing from a Fast Food joint that looked like they do in the AD Pictures.

Get this i go out to wash my truck i turn on the radio in my garage and what comes on?

A frickin wendys comercial about the sandwich i just ate.

Talking about the two slices of mozzerella cheese WHICH MY SANDWICH didnt have.

I called and they basically said sorry and thats it.

Maybe thats why i always eat at subway?

Every once in a while, when I really feel like pissing someone off, I send my fast food burger back and tell them that I want one that looks like the picture.

Most of the time I get them to remake it!

Alot of times when we go to a Burger joint we can see inside the kitchens in some of them from the place where they take your order. In VA Employees of fast food chains are supposed to where sanitation gloves. And if my mom sees employees makin' burgers w/ no gloves on, she shouts so everybody can hear her: "He's digging his nose and touching the burgers w/ his bare hands!" and we leave.

My family is real big on sanitation when it comes to food.

What really gets me is going in to a, say, Hallmark Store and finally finding the card you want and then theres no envelope to fit it!!! I mean, who is in charge of putting all those cards and matching envelopes up in the stores anyway....geez....like to get my hands on that guys throat............:wink:

Classic drive through problems for us anyway..  I think its a rule somewhere that everytime you go through any major fast foot vendor you are going to have to sit in there drive-through parking lot because they have to redo your order..  I make sure that before i move out of my spot i pull everything out of the bag and almost guaranteed there is supposed to be a certain burger and there isnt..

Here's the one I like:

All the McD's around my area are owned by the same franchisee.  You go to the drive-thru and order your food.  They NEVER give you napkins.  Forks/straws/ketchup - yes.  Napkins - no.  Now if you go to the drive-thru you're obviously not going into the store (where the napkin dispensers are) and you are probably going to eat in your truck.  I've told them numerous times (they've been doing it for about 12 years now) and they still haven't changed!!

Of course, I only eat there about 3 times a year.  I agree with Ryanbab about SubWay .....

I used to live in Columbus, OH which is where wendy's is based, so of course I never had any problems (and there were Wendys every 2 blocks)

If you didnt get satisfaction from the local franchisee, send a quick letter to corporate HQ if you want to invest in 5 minutes and a stamp

I've usually gotten pretty good service from the Wendy's in my area.  I would eat there about once a week during the summer because they are real close to where I work and the food was always hot.  McDonalds was also close, but I hate eating cold food.

Now that school has started, I will probably eat at places alittle nicer since I have more time for lunch.
