Draenor Posted August 16, 2006 Posted August 16, 2006 On a vehicle that I am keeping for a while, I usually just pay mechanic(not Midas or the such) to look over the vehicle for me. They do a pretty good job of spotting problems. But yeah check the usual;ALL the fluids, brake components, suspension, etc. I also ask the owner if they kept up the maintenance, and if they have receipts. I also take notes when driving; noises, how cold the A/C runs, sloppiness in steering. I do it both @ slow and highway speeds. Hope this helps a bit
outlawwv Posted August 17, 2006 Author Posted August 17, 2006 thanks -- i was hoping to get comments from owners or past owners and get some insight into inheirent problems or words of praise for the vehicle
