03-06 Center Console

I'm interested in replacing the center of my 40-20-40 seats with a full length console in my 2006 GMC WT reg cab. A constant check with the salvage yards in the Dallas, Ft Worth area have proved unsuccessful, so decided to go price shopping for a new one, like the one that JP Customs offer, but my dealer could not turn up a part number for a complete assembly. Anyone with the part number for the JP Customs console or one like in the Denali (full length with padded arm rest) would be muchly appreciated.

Well to my understanding there are a multitude of part numbers that make up that one console, it doesn't come in one piece. also remember you need to replace the glovebox trim piece.

 

As to obtaining one, Check eBay and some of the online parts houses.

I have the dark grey gloe box trim for converting to jump seat. Keep check junk yark. I got my console off ebay.

NEWGMPARTS.COM or NEWGMCPARTS.COM go to replacemnet parts and look up console there for full part numbers plus it's all broken down too if you need to add anything else extra.

Thanks guys, I finally purchased a console off ebay, and ordered the glove box trim from the dealer, just haven't had time to do the install. Then later I purchased another glove box trim off ebay, so if anyone is interested in the glove box trim......and a matching driver's side piece, I have them for a few coins.

What are you doing about the wire harness that goes from the console to the dash?

It doesn't break down what harness it is. It shows the harness in the console but not the one that hooks it up to the dash
