I cleaned the MAF and I disconnected the battery and now when I started it, the speedometer went all the way to the other side and stayed. How can I reset this or do I need to take it to mr. goodwrench?

Should be able to just take it out and get it up to highways speeds and it will reset. Other way is to jack up the rear and put in gear and tun it up to say about 70 mph.

It was caused by an electrical surge. Really didnt have to unhook battery for the MAF clean just unhook the connector to the MAF with ign. off. Running up to that speed causes the magnet to catch up with the indicator. Its much easier to jack up the truck and startup and put in drive and run it up, sometimes i have had to go higher than the posted speed to reset.

wow seem dangerous to jack it up and run it up to that high of a speed. make sure to chock the wheels and be really careful. imagine running though your garage if it fell off of the jackstands.

Well, I disconnected the battery because I took off my K&N intake system and put my stock system back on there, to see what kind of gas mileage I can get with the wait4me tune with just the stock intake. But anyways I fixed my speedometer, just unhooked the battery and then reconnected and it reset itself.
