The front clip on the Chevy's will definetly make it the world class leader for the THIRD WORLD!! Looks like a bunch of villagers made a few raids and put the pieces together. I think we know what happened to all the engineers that designed the Aztec, management promoted them to the truck division. What is wrong with the world. At least the GMC guys put enough energy into their effort and heisted a few pictures of a Ford Super Duty and drawed a few sketchs of that.

You know, every night when I see my 87 K5 Blazer setting in the driveway, I'm more and more amazed at how right the engineers got that design. It becomes more and more stunning with each passing year.

I do not like the front end. From the side, the front end looks like it was ran into a wall.

How can you not like the front end? It looks like they rebadged a ford super duty.

OK, from the side, the huge wheel-wells look as if they should fit a standard 35" tire- yet, as an owner of an 03 HD, GM will most likely run undersized, go-cart 245's. From the "side" it looks off. Just an opinion...from the side of the truck.

I also noticed GM is playing "guess the weight class" game again with the 3500HD. So is that a heavy 1 ton, a plain 1 ton, a 1 1/4 ton or a 3/4 ton? Since everything is heavy duty anymore: heavy duty shocks, brakes, tires, trucks they need to come up with an extreme heavy duty cause the heavy duty lost it's pizzazz.

The highway dept next door has a 2000 OBS with 3500HD badge on the doors. It is is a 1 ton dually with a utility bed but instead of 1 overload spring on the back there's a pack of 3 and "F" rated tires. Maybe it will be something along those lines.

OR......

I noticed yesterday that the classic 2007 3500 SRW no longer gets the overload spring (glad I got my truck when I did) just the pack of 6 springs. Still rated at 9,900 GVWR though. Maybe the new 3500 SRW will be badged as a plain 3500 and the dually will be the 3500HD because of the overload spring????

find a happy place....find a happy place. :)

I think they shouldve kept the same lower front end pieces as the 1500s, it wouldve looked a little better.

PS the same guy that did the aztec did this generation of corvette!!

what i dont understand is why did gm go 10 years without changing the body style from 88-98 and even longer for 3/4 and 1 tons until 2000? Now they feel like they have to change the d**n things every freakin year. Its driving me crazy!!! This thing looks horrible!!!

Jesus Lord what a total abortion.

Such a copy of the Ford Superduty it's unbelieveable. Ford SD's look bad-ass but chevy's doing this? give me a freakin break.

The interior looks like a cross between a ford and toyota?

I will NOT be buying another GM if they're taking this road.....I think I'm going to change over to Toyota (after the HD falls apart in abotu 30 years) lol

I was really looking for something so different and drastic, that it was all you talked about...like the day i saw my first "remodled" Dodge Ram in 1994...the thing was so amazing.

Despite being a Chrystler product, it still is a beautiful truck.
