Alternator Rattle

Hey fellas. I just discovered what appears to be an alternator rattle. What causes this? Should I worry about replacing it? It's only 2 years old.

Sounds like bearings. They make them harder to pull and replace the bearings so you may be looking at replacing. Noisy is one thing but if it siezes, you can't go anywhere.
