engine misfire

i have a 99 bravada i just bought .. it has a mis, please help im going crazy!!!!!!!!i hooked up a scanner and it read p3006 and sometimes it said misfire on 6. i changed plugs cap button air filter still did it checked fuel pressure 60 lbs what is the cylinder compression suppose to be and ill go check please help

forgot scanner also said multiple cylinder miss as well but more often 6

Best advice I can give is to take it to a dealership and have them do an injector cleaning with their Top Engine Cleaner. It should be around $150-200. I'm betting your injector poppet nozzles are clogged and causing the misfire condition. It's very common with this central sequential multi-port fuel injection system.
