2000 Z71 Problems

Ok I have 2 issues that I hope somebody can help me out with.

#1 I am hearing the sound of water splashing around over on the passenger side of the cab. I still have heat and the floor is not wet and I don't smell antifreeze and sometimes when I park the truck I see water dripping out from just under the passenger side of the truck. It is clear water but I can't see where it is comming from.

 

#2 I m getting a squeek from the air conditioner belt.I have changed the belt and changed the tencioner and still I get the squeek.I have tried belt dressing and it made it worse please help.

Sounds like a restricted heater core on the water noise. Take it to a dealer and have it flushed. The clear water is normal, it is water off the evaporator from condensation. The belt squeak could be coming from the other belt if it is a two belt system. I'm not sure what engine you have. Post back with the 8th digit of your VIN#.
