Keyless Entry Responses

I am just wondering if there is any way you can reprogram your keyless entry responses. For example when you lock it from a remote, it will honk at you or when you unlock it, the parking lights will flash. I know that on certain models of 03's and up this is possible via the dash and steering wheel controls. I have a 2000 Silverado and I am wanting to change what happens when I push these buttons. Is this possible?

Have you looked in your owner's manual? amazing the amount of info in there. Look for personalization features.
