Leveling kit on the 900's

Have any of you guy's put a leveling kit on the new silverado's or sierra's. I've been looking around, and there seems to be a bunch of company's offering them in all sizes from 1.5" to 2.5". Some that i've seen are daystar, fabtech, suspensionmax, ready lift. Just wondering if any of you guys have them yet, and if they affect the ride quality. I just ordered the fabtech 2" but didn't research it as much as i should. Hopefully it won't ride like a dump truck.

Fabtech makes a coil leveler

I just got mine in yesterday. My new tires and rims will be here mid next week, so hopefully it will be able to clear a 34" tire on 20" rims. :P

That should be a good looking setup. Please post some pics when done.

Don't forget your speedo will be off by about 5MPH on the highway with the larger tires. You might loose a little mileage as well....

In reading the Titan website, they indicated that the front leveling device caused the cv joint to leak due to the change in the angle. Also, indicated that the shocks were topping out as well. I don't know if this would be applicable to the GM's or not.

This may be true, see if they have a diff drop kit. If they do, then definately get it. They are usually easy to install.

thanks i just ordered it, man i cant wait for this truck! ext cab, long bed, black, dmax, gonna be so sweet. these are the rims goin on it: Intimidator 2s

and im going to wrap em in a 33 inch tire

You mean duramax, or vortec max. I didn't know you could order the 3/4 tons yet. If it's a duramax, make sure it's a 900, not a 800 which uses torsion bars.
