1995 C1500 350 Replacement

I have a 1995 C1500 a 5.7L 350 it was my mother in-law is giving me. The engine had an oil leak and was run with out oil for a short amount of time and is seized up. I'm looking at getting a GM 350 SS Crate Engine to replace it. My question is will the stock equipment hook up to this just fine or am i looking at replacing the intake and etc. A mechanic that my father in-law worked with 15 years who is going to drop it in 500 + parts.

All the equipment should bolt right up without a problem. Just make sure that you have the right intake manifold. A non-Vortec manifold won't bolt up to Vortec heads, and a Vortec manifold won't bolt up to non-Vortec heads. Otherwise everything else should be a direct bolt-on/in.

I just put on a edelbrock intake on this same truck. only issue is some of the fit is different for the cables.
