well hello there. ive been a member for a little while but honeslty i forgot my user name and password. as you can see i remembered it. so im a newbie and heres a bit about me (dont hate me for the following)

 

i recently graduated college in automotive technology and am a recently certified Ford SVT technician at a large local dealership. i know i work on fords all day, but hey, i always have work!!! i drive a 2001 Silverado 1500 ext. cab 4x4, champagne (spelling?) in color. 3.73. mods include k&n FIPK, straight pipes, t.b. spacer, and a B&M electronic shift improver (really pretty cool actually). i love my truck. i get to drive f150s and other ford trucks all day and im always disappointed by them. i am not a biased person when it comes to any cars, i just like my truck better. this is the first truck ive owned.

 

my last vehicle was a 402rwhp 93 300zx twin turbo, so the truck is a huge difference, literally. anyway, now that i rememberd my password im sure i will have a ton of questions for everyone.

 

btw...if anybody needs help with any Ford products, let me know and ill do what i can.

Hey, Fords are OK, I had three of them when I strayed from GM a few years ago! 2 Silver Anniversary Bronkos (full size) and a Diesel HD 3/4 pickup. Ran them to lease end with no issues. BUT I like GMC better.

I'm new here too. I've had pretty much Ford's over the years,('00 Contour & '97 E-150 conv. van) but my father-in-law is retiring soon and he's wanting to part with his '99 Sierra Classic. I'm pretty psyched, I've only owned one other truck which was an '86 Dodge reg. cab long bed. She was pretty beat up. My father-in-law owned it too before me and then I sold it back too him when the tranny started to act up. He's fixed her up good, rebuilt tranny and new crate engine from advance. But the Sierra he's using for work right now, so I won't see it until first part of Sept.
