Sorry I have to ask this but I cannot figure out what NBS is. Along with NBS please add any other useful acronyms that you guys are using.

 

RCSB is one I have been seeing also.

NBS= New Body Style (Does not look like my truck in my signature) The new Silverado/Sierra

 

RCSB = Regular Cab with a short bed (5'8")

 

 

Here are some others:

 

CC = Crew Cab

EC = Extended Cab

Max = Vortec Max 6.0

RB = Regular Bed (6'5")

LB = Long Bed (8')

Basically saying the difference between my generation of truck (GMT-800) and the new 2007-2008 GMT-900 Trucks, the NNBS stands for New New Body Style.

 

This truck is what everybody considers NNBS:

ACTUALLY a RCSB is a Regular Cab Short Bed truck with a 6.5 ft bed. See mine below.

Goofed again, Zembonez is the master, here locally we do not have more than 7 regular cab short bed silverados or sierras so I dont see em as much, everybody wants an extended cab or a crew. That pic does look deceiving to me.

IMO it is a stupid acromym that means new new body style. If you want to do stuff like that wouldn't you have like 10 Ns before the BS? The 900 is the NBS the 800 is the OBS and the 400 is the 400. Sorry for the rant.

yes but I know I am lazy, plus if you cannot make the distinction of what my truck is (signature) then its all good, someone else will always point out your hindsight - not addressed to you BJD3, but I understand your rant. GMT-800 (or GMT-880, I dont care)

Yeah MASTER of absolutely nothing!

 

The bed does look short in my picture. I need to get a new pic posted with all of my mods. RCSB trucks are rare here too. I get a lot of looks since there aren't many GMT900 RCSB trucks... and the ones that are here don't have much done to them in the way of modifications.
