I just installed a new prodigy P3 controller in my 2003 HD The question I have is my wiring was fine and installed great with

the proper wiring harness but the light does not turn off on the display of the controller I have constance power will it drain my battery down or is supposed to be like that thanks for any help

It should shut off after 9 minutes as part of the RAP (retained accessory power) shutdown.
