2007 Nbs Silverodo....turn Signal Relay?

Are there relays to flash the turn signals on the NBS 2007 Silverado? If so, where are they at? I can hear the clicking under the underhood fuse box, but can't seem to locate it. I tried unlatching and flipping the grey handles in the underhood fuse box, but can't remove it. I want to replace some lights with LEDs, and the LED site list relays that are not dependent on the draw of the lights. I know on some fords, they have a LCM, which you can't pull the relays on, is this the case for the silverado?

Nope they are bcm controlled.
