Anyone Tried The Fitch Fuel Cat

I've done some reading on it.

With my reading and alot of third party review out there, it maybe what its cracked up to be.

If you know what to expect out of it.

Basically its not a fuel filter, it adds "octane boost" to you gas inline, by realigning the octane molecule chains before it gets to the motor, increasing the efficency of your fuel.

Horsepower tv, did a third party test on a dyno and measured fuel used, with and without the device, and it was clear that with it, you used less fuel and got the same or more horsepower.

Also if you do the cost of what the device runs, and stretch that over your fuel savings, you end up making your money back.

Also if it doesn't work you can always return it, as they indicate.

I sell a similar product under a different name www.ecofuelsystems.com I put one on all 3 of the cars I had at the time...a 1991 454SS - got overall 1 mpg improvement or 10-15%; 1999 Cadillac Seville STS - got 2 mpg city and 4-5 hyway mpg improvement; a 2002 Firebird Firehawk 6 speed manual - no improvement.

I stopped selling them because I got tired of giving everyones money back (3 times). I have 3 left and will sell them at my cost, which is about 1/2 of the price listed on the website. Please note I am keeping 1 to put on my 2003 Silverado 5.3, because in my experience it does work.

Can anybody say G-I-M-M-I-C-K ? I don't buy into any of that stuff. I spent countless hours looking into the air Tornado thing - which turned out to be a complete waste of my time. Glad I never dished out the $$ for one too!

The Tornado IS a waste of time on a dry manifold vehicle, such as ours. There may be an advantage on a throttle body equipped vehicle, which my SS was, but I had an Airaid on it instead.
