Got A Phone Call Last Night

Just curious has anyone else had a worker in the Canada Truck Plant call and ask you how you like your truck and what you would add or change?

 

I had one last night kinda of shocked me said he was about 30 feet from the assembly floor and put my truck together. Was interesting to say the least.

Wow, that's pretty cool. I never had that, but did have my salesman call me ast night, almost 1 year after buying the truck, and asked how it was going.

Yea,I had the same phone call when I bought my '04,Unfortunetly I wasn't home when they called,They talked to my Mom and told her they were from GM and was calling from the Oshawa truck plant,She told them to call back in the evening but they never did.

My '07 was built at the Fort Wayne,IN. plant,so far no phone call from them.

That sucks Grip. The dealership I go to brings your vehicle to the service office entrance as you pay for your repairs/maintenance/etc. No matter what your medical status is.

 

No call from Canada for me. Not yet anyway.

I received the same call a few weeks after I bought mine. I told them "great job" !

I am still geting letters from GMC and calls - they have really tried to make sure I am happy - props to GMC

My truck was built in Fort Wayne,IN and I got a call about 2 months after I bought it. They must do it at ramdom cause I cant see them calling everybody that buys a truck, poor guy would be like the "can you here me now" guy for verizon and making phone calls all day.
