Noobie From Ny

Hi, I own a 2003 SS. Great truck, but getting a little long in the tooth. I'm thinking of buying a new Chevy or GMC. I'm sure I can learn alot from you guys. It's a real nice site and it'll help in my decision making.

 

Been a member of Silverado SS for awhile, another outstanding site. I'm sure this site

will educate me as well.

Haven't heard anything on a new "SS"...But they need to bring it back,say a regular-cab standard-bed 2wd with the "VortecMAX" 6-liter,4.10 gears,and 20 inch wheels,or better yet.....with the 6.2 V8,6-spd auto.trans. and 4.10 gears!!!!

Yea, I'd love to see the 6.2 with the 6speed. I'd still opt for the AWD though. It's awesome off the line, and comes in handy for the gawdawful snow up here.

Never been up your neck of the woods, but I remember your name and posts from the SS forum. I still got the SS. Hoping they'll come out with another. I'd go for a Denali, but I'd rather have an extended cab. Hate the short box on the Denali.
