Ok I took the cargo management rails out today. It is 2 rails that go the length of the bed on the inside, along with another along the nose of the bed. It has 4 sliding tiedowns that you can adjust. It alows you to use a sliding toolbox or the truck rack or the sliding bed divider. Here is a link to one on ebay:

It is just the four rails. It came out of my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 CC with the short bed..
