New Guy From Southern Ms

Found your site last night while looking up stuff on my new daily driver, a 2002 Silverado 1500 W/T. I am also deep into a rebuild/mod/resto of a 1970 Chevy C10 SWB pickup.

I am retired Techno nerd/geek from the US Air Force and still work for the Air Force as an instructor. I posted pics of my two rides in the photos area, but you can also check out my progress of the 70 here

That reminds me I need to update it.

Welcome to the forum. I love them old trucks. I had a '72 Cheyenne. I loved that truck, but unfortunately, I cut a utility pole in 1/2 with it. Those damn big steering wheels hurt.:smash:

Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the site. Always glad to see a vintage truck guy come on board. Gotta love those 67-72s!

In case you aren't already on it, here is a good 67-72 site to check out.

Welcome. Always good to have a fellow MS resident on the site. I have spent some time at Keesler AF Base. I helped out there a couple of years with the MS Special Olympics Summer Games. Really nice folks on the base that treated us like royalty. Shoot, the last time I was there I stayed in some type of facility that supposedly was for visiting officers.

I have sent you a PM with a pic of my 71.
