Hello all in gm-truck land... first of all - a thank you to all who have been so gracious in helping with some of my issues so far. This site is awesome! What a great tool to be able to bounce ideas, issues, and rants off other GM truck owners. Thanks to all the mechanics / technicians out there who give some time to help us knuckle scrapers figure out the hard stuff. Thanks also to fellow wrenchers who had a brother, who knew a guy, that was friends with someone who worked on a truck with a problem like mine!!! Sometimes just a general idea or direction is what we need to help us figure things our on our own - and doesn't that build character?

Here is a pic of my "nice" truck... my other one (the 72' chevy) only gets taken for a spin a couple times a month - gas is almost the price of pint of blood now - so it rests most of the time!
