Alright well i have bought around 20 bulbs from them and recently i have had 1 go out.

 

i had 2 WLEDx4 (194) bulbs for my license plate lamps. the other day i notice that one was blinking like a strobe light. so i emailed them and i said for $2.79 its not worth me sending the bad bulb back and within 24hrs i had a reply:

 

Hi,

 

We'll send out a replacement. We see this happen every once in

awhile.

just a update:

 

they sent me a "Package Shipped To You" email so it turns out they really are sending me a new bulb

That's good to know. I just ordered some new interior LED's a day or few days ago and they should be in my mailbox tonight! Thanks for the info.

I have nothing but good to say about them. They ship out their orders extremely fast. I usually place my order late at night, and always before noon I get a eMail telling me that they have shipped out my package. I once ordered the wrong bulbs, and after a simple eMail, they took back the LEDs and refunded my money, no hassles.

 

I have a total of 20 bulbs (70 LEDs total) from them and haven't had a problem yet *fingers crossed*. I helped a few friends order from them, and out of 31 bulbs IIRC, only one went bad.

I just received my bulbs and I am a bit disappointed so far. I ordered the cool white surface mount festoon bulbs and received what appear to be the warm white ones instead. I am replacing some shitty eBay LED's and these are much more yellow and do not look like the cool white color they show on their site. I have written them to see if perhaps someone sent the wrong bulbs as they both have the same part number. We'll see what happens from here. The build quality is quite nice though.
