I have a 2002 blazer that has been having intermittent rubbing/whining noise when I turn my wheel to the right or left ... ball joints have been replaced, front wheel bearings hub assembly both replaced within the last year ... Any ideas

Any ideas Welcome to the site. Pretty hard to guess with the info we have. Does it sound like it is coming from the wheel area? Is it on both sides? I can feel it vibrating underneath my feet when I can hear the noise. the garage has had a look and there is no rubbing on the tires or the wheels. If I am turning right, and I hear the noise, if I make a jerk back motion with the steering wheel to the left it stops, most of the time. Power steering fluid level is fine, BTW ...
